Training

 

Alright, if you know a little bit about training by now you know that everyone has a different training, and some people swear that certain types of training did wonderfull things for them. Well guess what folks, WE'RE ALL DIFFERENT. Wether you do 4-8 reps or 8-15 reps really doesn't matter. Muscles are gonna grow from time under tension, so the more time you put your muscle under a certain stress, it will react, break down muscles tissues, and eventually recover and grow bigger, stronger and better looking.

Now they're tons of training and workouts out there. I'm gonna say this, GO and TRY one. Life is all about experience right? well bodybuilding is too, you need to try a few trainings, reps range, and volume to see which one works BEST for YOU.

Here are some training variations example.

 

- 5x5 training
- 10x10 training
- Training each muscles once per week
- Twice per week
- Three times a week
- Including powerlifting into their bodybuilding workout
- Doing 3 sets of 10 all the time
- Doing pyramid sets going from light to heavy, or heavy to light
- Drop sets
- Supersets.

- Doing the usual 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps

And you know what's fun about it? you can do whatever the FUCK you want to do. Whatever WORKS for you.
