Am I too young to do this?

 

 

 

     You're not too young. Altought most gyms only allow you to go until you're 14, you can easily workout at home before that. Bodybuilding will not stunt your growth, but you have to be carefull to not hurt yourself with heavy weights. Stay with bodyweight exercise like Chin ups, pull ups, push ups, dips, squats, and abs training.

 

Most of the advice on this website will target the 14-25years old group.
