Carbs (Carbohydrates) will fuel your muscles, it's as simple as that.  They're different types of carbs, but I'm not gonna go into all the details. Your carbs also plays a big role in insulin sensivity, you can do reseachs on this but I'm not gonna touch this subject with you guys. I'm gonna list you a list of the BEST Carbs to take during the day with your everyday meals.

Carbs should fill in about a little more than half of your meal. They're essential to get a good ''pump'' in the gym. The fruits and veggies are essential to get the right nutrients into your body to optimize your growth.
