Well this was a trick question, there is a way to build muscle quick.. but it's never gonna be easy.

Nothing in this world will ever beat hard work. Stop waiting for it, work for it.

The only way you can drasticly change your physique is through HARD WORK. There is no way arround it. 


Building muscles while being natural is hard, but with hard work, it becomes quick and easy. You don't need fancy gym, fancy diets or fancy training program to succeed. You don't need to know exactly what % of your 1 rep max is 8 repetitions. FORGET ABOUT THOSE THINGS AND WORK HARD.

Forget everyone that says you are overtraining, work your godamn ass off. I don't care if you scream, bleed, cry, puke, JUST DO IT.  

There... you have it. THE SECRET everyone has been dreaming to hear about.  The MAGIC formula is here. HARDWORK.

 

I don't give a shit if you stop your set halfway because the shit burns, I will continue until i have to. Hence why I will get bigger, better, stronger and faster.

You need INTENSITY in your workout, you need to put your muscles through so much that they signals the body to make them grow. Your muscles need a reason to grow, and stopping your set halfway because it hurts ain't gonna get you there. If you're gonna do this, you're gonna do it right, because if not there is no reason to do it at all.

 

Genetics

 

Genetics do play a huge role in how much muscle you can build, but I'm here to tell you that hardwork and dedication can beat genetics. If you don't believe me and you wanna stick to your easy 40 mins workouts, I don't care at all. But don't come hating on the people that actually works hard and gets results later on. I hear people all the time telling me how they don't have big legs, or big arms, yet when I see them training legs, they are in and out whithin 30 mins ; then they ask me, how did you get big legs? and then laugh at me for training 1h45 mins non-stop till I drop. Guess who's laughing now. 

You are the master of your own reality, in and out of the gym, no matter what your genetic potentiel is like. Stop complaining and make the change today. HARDWORK and DEDICATION.

- Get enough sleep & water.
