Here are the stats when I first started.
5 ft 7
115lbs
11'' arms
Didn't squat, didn't bench, didn't deadlift.
I started of by being an extremely skinny kid and way smaller than average. I would often get picked on and I was never able to do anything about it. One day about 3 years ago, my dad told me about P90x and how I would get ripped on it , so I decided to take the challenge and I did it. these were my first 3 months experience with weights and I didn't have much of them really.
But all of this didn't really work that much for me. I gained a little bit of size, and that was it. I was about 125lbs at that time.
I had a few friends that went to the actual gym, but I never really thought about going there. I thought the gym was for douchebags. I decided to start anyway. I was training a muscle once per week and giving it my all. I had no choice left, I wanted to get BIG, FAST. I knew egg whites were the way to go, so i would crack 4-6 egg white into a milkshake every moring and after my workout. ( I don't recomend doing this, you could get salmonella ).
I started seeing more and more results, fast. because that's all I wanted, to get bigger !
For anyone who knows me personally, I'm not one to show off my muscles so this is really weird for me to do. I usually wear the same hoodies everyday at school. Still today, I don't want the people to think of me different stuff because I have muscles, so I usually hide them so they can know the real me and not have a fake first impression that i'm some sort of selfish douchebags that only thinks about muscles.
Anyway, After a few months going to the gym, I started getting some pretty good gains. I was doing A LOT of research on everything I could possibly do naturally to gain muscles. I wasn't taking ANY supplements, because I thought even protein powder was gonna make me a drug user. LOL.
My legs tho, we're pretty small. like really small. at that time i must of been arround 140lbs. Don't be fooled by the lighting, I was
small as fuck.
-Moving on here, I started taking the gym a little more serious everyday, realising the great effect that it had on my life.
- I went from all kinds of phase, Bulking, cutting, maintaining.
The last picture at the very bottom is the last picture I took before my surgery, I had an appendix surgery in July 2014. I had to stop the gym for 2 months, which made me lost a lot of muscles. I then got back into riding my bike and had a concussion so I was out for a month. Here I am today with a new injury, a broken knee cap. On that last picture at the bottom I was at my all time best, I was doing a slow cut, trying to shave off a little bit of fat.
Here are some stats of me for that last picture.
5 ft 8
180lbs
17'' arms

Deadlift : 4 plates
Bench : 2 plates and a 10lbs.
