If you're looking to gain even more muscles, if you're at a point in your bodybuilding life where you just need a boost. (Naturally that is) Here's are some Advance Techniques you could follow to gain even MORE MUSCLES and FASTER
As we all know, Testosterone is the male hormone that has a very big role in building muscles.
Here's are a few tips to increase the big T naturally, without any test boosters.

- Drink alot of water ( pretty basic right? )
- Sleep at least 8hrs a night
- Don't drink water in Plastic bottles, if you do make sure they're BPA free.
- Don't reheat your lunch with plastic topperware, use glass bowl.
- Lift heavy and use compound movement (Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, Military press)
- Take supplements that helps regulate your hormones and change estrogen into Testosterone
( Which are listed in the supplement ) (Mainly zinc, vitamin D3,Oméga 3 fish oil)
- Manage stress by reducing cortisol (Vitamin C helps)
- Don't drink alcohol. or very very rarely do.
- Have a cold shower after your workouts. ( or alternate between cold and hot )
- Have more SEX (Here's an easy one)
- And last but not least, BE A MAN.
If you want to get stronger as well as getting bigger, here's an easy tip for you.
Add strenght training to your workouts.
- Strenght training will train your nervous system and won't touch the same muscle fibers as typical bodybuilding workouts will.
- So before your Workout, let's say you're doing chest, go on the Benchpress, warm up with a lighter weight first, then move on to something like 5 sets of 3 reps. Then follow your normal workout routines after this. you will see tremendous strenght gainz result without feeling like you've overtrained.

FOAM ROLLING
- You probably heard about this somewhere, foam rolling can really reduce recovery time. It will help repair the big tears into the muscles you create better muscles. Now, they're tons of video's and pictures you can find on how to foam roll a certain body part proprely, I suggest you to do.
VACUUM
- You've probably seen it done buy a lot of old school bodybuilders, but it's something that has been lost with the years. Now bodybuilders you see on the Olympia stage have huge guts and huge waistline. The Vacuum consist of bringing your belly inside of your ribcage as shown in the picture bellow. What does it do? it helps to keep your waistline smaller and creat a more dramatic proportion side to your physique. You can practice this by first starting on the ground, then moving up to seated, and standing. You can then practice different poses with the vaccum, such as the abdominal and legs shot, standing relaxed, front double bicep, front lat spread, side chest variations.
