Bodybuilding is a very demanding sport. 

- You will often have to cancel other plans and deny party invatations to go to the gym. I say once in a while you need to have fun, you also need to forget that you're a bodybuilder. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, I know. But don't let it consume you, instead , consume it! Have a cheat meal once in a while. (Mmhm PIZZA). Find other activities to do with you buddies, other sports. Keep your life balanced. Because if you don't , one day you'll be like me and you'll realise that you've let so many good opportunities down for the sake of bodybuilding. I don't want this to happen to you.
