This one is simple aswell, eat less calories than your body burns through the day!

- Cardio will help you achieve that goal. Not too much cardio tho, just enough. I mean high intensity cardio for short intervals.

- Now here's the fun part, you will still have to maintain your protein intake, you can either drop your fats or your carbs. Be carefull to not drop your carbs too low cuz you may fall into KITOSIS mode and that is no fun (research it).
You also have to make sur you get your vitamins in so you still have enough energy to go trhough your workouts. VOILA!
