












How to be sure to get the best workout everytime?
I'm almost 100% sure if you've been going to the gym on a regular basis, you have experienced a bad workout at one moment or another.
Either you felt sick in the stomach or you were light headed and felt like you had no power at all. The principles behind every great workout sessions are simple, I'm gonna list them below for you.
- Drink enough water in the day to be hydrated. AND a lot of water arround 2hrs before the workout.
- If you do take creatine, drink it before OR after your workout.
- Don't eat anything containing high amounts of fats or hard to digest protein at least 2hrs before your workout.
- Eat a good meal about 2hrs before the workout.
- Within 2hrs to 1hrs before the workout, you can eat a small meal with a lot of carbs, low in fat, and with a small amount of easy to digest protein (egg whites).
- Make sure to warm up with cardio. Also warm up with lighter weights before attempting heavier weights or your working sets.
-Have your workout planned already with every sets and reps you will do, bring some good music and destroy another workout.
