Bodybuilding is one thing. LEG DAY is another.

 

- The squat rack is your church, the squat movement is your prayer. There is nothing better in life than a well executed deep squat. It is the foundation of bodybuilding.While training the legs, it almost feels like they aren't even part of your own body. You can push them to their absolute limit. I've seen tons of guys puke after their leg training, which is a GOOD SIGN. Legs training should be HARDCORE everytime ! You should have to grunt and lay on the floor between your sets. To sweat like a motherfucker.

- I don't EVER want to hear anyone say that their legs are too small, then come back to me and say that they train them hard enough, you just don't know, trust me.
If you're legs are trained right, you will realease GH and Testosterone that will help you build the upper body aswell.
Your legs will also grow like crazy.
